03/15/18 05:09PM PCD - Impersonated the user, walked through the cart checkout process to make sure there was a bill to address. After clicking to select that billing address, it built the billing address in the database and I was able to proceed with the online bill pay process.  For any other customers that have this issue, you can verify that the billing address is actually built by walking through the checkout process until you get to the payment screen. This will build out the billing address if it did not exist already. The fix for this issue is in the next build which is currently in beta. It will account for customers that have not yet built a billing address and will allow them to build a new one instead of getting the error.
